Committees can have an unlimited number of members. There's a maximum nine member council elected by the members which does all the business of the committee. The council can create as many Action Groups as it needs to perform the work of the committee. The Action Groups are made up of committee members. In this way it is possible to fully engage all the members of a committee to do the tasks and activities of the committee.
Budget Committee
The Budget Committee is responsible for oversight and analysis of the County Budget. It is also responsible for creating the budget of the Assembly to provide funding for all the activities of the Assembly. This includes salaries, office space, equipment and furniture, vendor services and all other expenses in the operation of the Assembly.

The Bylaws Committee is responsible for studying and creating bylaws that can be given to the Assembly to consider and adopt. Bylaws are the governing laws of the Assembly and are a critical part of its constitution and operation.
The Communications Committee is responsible for the communications of the Assembly by all modalities and media. Its purpose is to disseminate information from the Assembly to the public and to private groups and individuals.
The County Assets Committee has oversight over all natural assets of the county as well as all assets under control of any government or agency within the county.

The Educational Development Committee is responsible for observing and overseeing all areas pertaining to education in the County. Its job is to ensure that all County departments and individuals working in this area are providing the best possible service and fulfilling the defined objectives. It may also create more education services and solutions as it requires, and work with the County to improve existing services.

The Family Services Committee is responsible for observing and overseeing all areas pertaining to families and children. Its job is to ensure that all County departments and individuals working in this area are providing the best possible service and fulfilling the defined objectives. It may also create more services and solutions as it requires, and work with the County to improve existing services.

The Grievances Committee is responsible for receiving all grievances from the County via the website portal. Grievances amount to the pain receptors of the County and can also come from within the Assembly itself. These are all vital for the full effectiveness and functioning of the Assembly. This committee receives and handles these grievances and acts on them in whatever ways it deems most effective in resolving them.
The Health & Wellness Committee is responsible for observing and overseeing all of the health/wellness aspects of the County. Its job is to ensure that all County departments and individuals working in this area are providing the best possible service and fulfilling the defined objectives. It may also create more advanced health and wellness solutions and work with the County in improving existing services.

The Nature Preservation and Protection Committee is responsible for protecting all natural aspects of the County. This includes air, water, and the flora and fauna of the County. It observes and oversees all County projects affecting these things. It may create restorative projects as well to correct damage from the past.
The Needs Assessment Committee determines the needs of the County in every area and category. It works with other committees to help determine these assessments. It also provides feedback on the efforts to satisfy these needs.
This committee has purview over the entire County de facto organization including all departments and commissions. Its core guidance and assessment is based on the Highest Good. This includes: Highest Good Food, Highest Good Energy, Highest Good Housing, Highest Good Education, Highest Good Economics, Highest Good Society, Highest Good Environment.
The Officers, Law & Law Enforcement Committee is responsible for observing and overseeing all aspects of law enforcement and justice of the County. One of the committee's main functions is to ensure that all of the County departments and individuals in this classification are serving the people in a lawful and effective way, and to take action directly if this is not the case.

The Project Management Committee is responsible for tracking and monitoring all projects from inception to completion. It makes sure projects are realistically formed and objectives defined and intermediate goals met. It helps deal with roadblocks and in overcoming difficulties along the way.
The Restoration Committee will be tasked with all restoration projects for the County as it deems necessary, or that are mandated by the PGSD.

The Security Committee is responsible for the security of the Assembly including all members and all Assembly property. It also is responsible for all personnel employed by or in the service of the Assembly, and where appropriate, afterwards as well.
The Treasury Committee is responsible for tabulating, tracking, and outlaying all expenditures of the Assembly in all areas of the Assembly's responsibility and tasks including: salaries, operational expenses, projects and any other approved Assembly activity.
